We have lots of customers looking to get sweets delivered at the moment. Please bear with us as we try keep up with demand. Orders are shipping out about 2 days after we receive them, with shipping times via An Post another 2-3 working days after that.

I love your sweets! Where do you ship to?

Currently we are only shipping within Ireland

That’s great! What does it cost to ship?

We offer a flat rate shipping service on our site.

Shipping within Ireland is €5.95

Shipping to Northern Ireland & The UK is €12.95 *We are currently only shipping within Ireland*

No matter how much you order the shipping price remains the same so you can stock up!

I have placed my order, how long do I have to wait before my sweet treats arrive?

Depending on the time of day you order, we can sometimes get your order processed and sent out on the same day. Generally we ship orders within 1 working day of receiving them however in some cases this may take us a little bit longer.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and sent on Mondays (except for Bank Holidays)

Shipping within Ireland is generally within 2 working days of the package leaving our shop

Shipping to UK & Europe can take anywhere from 2-7 working days

Please note these times are approximate and can vary depending on the time of year

*Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are operating with a reduced team, therefore may take a little longer to process orders. An Post are advising an extended delivery time also – we will have your delivery to you between 4 & 7 working days* 

How will my order arrive?

We ship most of our orders via An Post Parcel Service which offers a track & track service which will require a signature.  All of our hampers arrive in cardboard gift boxes which will be wrapped in cellophane to protect against the elements.

Loose pick & mix items ordered will be packaged in our signature striped Aunty Nellies Bags, clearly labelled so you know what sweets are in each bag.

Where possible we try and re use our packaging, so your order will arrive neatly packed and protected from the elements in various sized boxes depending on what items have been ordered.

I love your sweets but want more information on ingredients. Do you have any information on this?

We have an ingredient list of most of our sweets available to reference. You can find it here on our website or contact us for more information if needed.

This all sounds great but I am having trouble with my order! What can I do?

We are always happy to help with orders and would love to hear from you! You can contact our online shop Team, who deal with all of the orders on the website. They will be happy to help with any issues or even offer recommendations on sweets for you!

I placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email! What happened?

Once you place an order with us, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have listed with your order. Sometimes these emails end up in Spam or Junk mail folders so please check these as your email could be filed in there. If you can’t locate your order confirmation email then get in touch and we will be happy to help with any queries you may have.
